"Officer of the court" is not the same as "perfect individual," so yes, even a scumbag like Democrat Media hero Michael Avenetti was an officer of the court until his license was suspended pending permanent disbarrment. He was actually arrested during his disbarrment hearing, so I'm guessing he won't ever be an officer of the court again.
