What the heck is the criteria for you to declare if a country is civilized or not? Is Egypt civilized? What about China? Japan? Sweden? Iraq? So you only have a narrow opinion of what you consider civilized or not. The Starbucks test could be another narrowminded persons on what they consider is civilized. I find such narrow criteria as nothing but pure bigotry, the criteria should be broader based.
