Fentanyl is a preferred pain medication for paramedics as well.

The millions of illegals entering this country are not carrying drugs. Much of the illegal drug trafficking intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection isn't coming over a fence. It happens at ports of entry, with drugs usually found hidden in cars or trucks entering the country.
