I think the fact the SCOTUS wouldn’t even hear Trumps case highlights how ridiculous it was. How stupid the whole fake stolen election narrative was and is.

They rejected Trumps request for injunctive relief 9-0.

They didn't need to hear from the parties, they had already received all the pleadings, motions, and briefs on the case, and they saw nothing in them that gave the case any merit.

Clearly the federal war on drugs is completely illegal, and likely all drug laws are actually illegal.
They are nanny laws proscribing the acts of others, and not defensive laws.
So then they are not legal and are no more valid than religious edicts.

Federal gun laws also are all entirely illegal, since the federal government has no firearm jurisdiction.

Three strikes laws, asset forfeiture, and Terry laws are also totally illegal.
Three strikes laws force sentences on judges when it is a basic right for the judge to be free to sentence based on the defendant and the actual facts of each case.
Asset forfeiture ends prosecutorial, judicial, and enforcement objectivity since they then have something to gain by conviction.
Terry laws allow police to essentially not need warrants to search anyone or any place any more.
If there is probable cause to suspect someone of the crime, then just arrest them.
You don't start searching everyone who is Black and then hope you find something to bust them for.
