The Democrats aren't going to like this one bit. The Constitution is clear. The SCOTUS is going to be ruling that the new State laws created will be INVALID and UNCONSTITUTIONAL without the approval of State legislatures in October.

Liberal judges - there are no leftist judges that I'm aware of - but good. :)

Republican operatives will be at liberty to ignore the will of the people for any unwarranted, capricious, partisan reason and install Republican officeholders contrary to the will of the people.

With regard to presidential elections, Republican operatives will be at liberty to ignore the will of the people for any unwarranted, capricious, partisan reason and install false electors contrary to the will of the people.

The right’s war on democracy continues.

So you're worried that Republicans will act like Democrats eh?

What part of "the approval of State legislatures" are you having trouble understanding?

They were elected by the people, they represent the people, and they carry out the will of the people.

Jesus, dude. For someone who uses the Bill of Rights as an avatar, you sure don't know shit about how our political system works.

They won't do that. But, as a matter of fact, the constitution gives state legislatures of either or any party, the power to decide the manner of chusing electors. So the electors they send are by definition not false electors.

If we don't like that, lets amend the constitution right after the USSC rules that the Constitution means what it says.

Good thing you are an algorithm, because I don't think a real human could have said that with a straight face.
