I have been looking for a place where intelligent people of different opinions might be able to discuss the issues and happenings of this world in a respectful and sane manner. I am an independent thinker and have less than no affiliation or liking for any particular party or organization. I am an American and if I had to claim a nationality I would be a Texican...6th generation Texan from before Texas was a Republic much less a state. My religion is basically Jesuit Pagan and rather than being either liberal or conservative by today's standard I am more an independent anarchist. That means that I don't agree 100% with anyone or any group of people and refuse to fall into line behind anybody.

I consider myself to be conservative but conservatives usually say I'm a socialist and Liberals think I'm a Nazi because I don't agree with each and every point of their beliefs.

I was raised in the swamps but as an adult moved a little north into the piney woods. Nonetheless I still have my webbed toes.
