He hasn't even reached one year yet and you're already asking this question? But, Biden is done and he will go down in history as the only US president who won the primaries and then got booted out by his very own party for being so senile he couldn't function as president.

I am asking the question. It will not be answered for 4 years and beyond. The verdict on Trump's first 4 years is widely put as one of the 4 worst presidencies in US history
