Well I would agree as they are twins separated at birth. Still since Johnson caught the virus so, he wins. This may lead to an ego that says, if I survived then anyone can. I am the man. There is a lot of inconsistency in the story and the pub angle was hilarious. Europeans in general love pubs and getting out in the street. It really must have been a tough decision that they played lip service too. I guess the government suggest it but didn't enforce it. A get out of jail card.

They are still not testing people flying in from hotspots like Italy and New York. But it doesnt look as bad because it is just incompetence rather than a madman on the loose.
