IRELAND’S best bartenders convened on Belfast earlier this month to compete in the inaugural Shortcross Gin Signature Serve competition.

The Signature Serve competition, which coincided with the first anniversary of Ireland’s first and only craft gin, attracted entries from across the country.

The judging panel, which included Olivier Ward from Gin Foundry and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, were tasked with awarding the top signature serves in two categories – G&T Serve and Summer Serve.
