How about a million pickup trucks in Washington DC rolling coal on Earth Day?

Imagine how cheesed Sleepy Joe and the libs would be. And doing it in Washington, right past Embassy Row would communicate the people's anger world wide.

Putting pressure to drop the Fake Charges and exonerate the Trumpster is essential to democracy. How can you have a fair democracy when the party in power is trying to incarcerate the Loyal Opposition.

Great idea. Just block the entry and exit and keep them there, let them "roll coal" until none of them can breathe.

He is one of the most vetted humans on Earth. Lol You people are nuts.

The likelihood that the libs are taking this long to find someone real out is nil.

With libs, the process is the punishment. They are continuing this to try and put a shadow on a future Trump Administration.

This persecution is based upon the word of a proven and convicted liar and snitch with a huge motive and a grudge, Mike Cohen.

He wouldn't use a rat like Cohen in a legit prosecution against a Harlem grass ring but that wouldn't be politically motivated.

Sio you're saying no hush money was paid? I think we have already established that he did.

Cults gonna cult.

Paying hush money is 100% legal.

Like, not a crime.

Its possibly illegal to DEMAND hush money like Stormy Daniels and Mike Cohen may have done. Extortion is a serious felony. But paying it? Might not be advisable but its as legal as shit.

Do you idiots really believe a billionaire and ex-president will be put in handcuffs and tried over anything short of a clear and monumental breach of law? The best you'll ever get out of him is some court costs. The fact you ever thought this was going somewhere is sad.

I think it is completely stupid to arrest this man for something so trivial. He has committed far more egregious abuses, January 6th comes to mind.

Seems stupid to me. Protest is no substitute for the law.

I think he is probably guilty of campaign finance felony or felonies. That said, here is the way to actually fight, the real charge in a court of law, not public opinion.
His lawyers should point out, the payoffs (proven with cancelled check(checks) were to keep the information from getting to his wife, not hide from the supposed public or Christian voters. People have been hiding adultery from their wives (and failing) since marriage began. Is it reprehensible? Yes, but is it a felony? No, it is a misdemeanor, dependent on where the money came from. Then on the public relations side, they get to claim it all a witch hunt failed and go on to the next prosecution. This ain't rocket science, and so common, it should be simple to put the doubt in jurors mind, unless the jury is hopelessly partisan. Getting a non-partisan jury (if indicted, as the prosecution knows this defense would probably work) is the primary job of competent defense counsel. Everything else is just partisan hoopla.

On January 6, he encouraged people to protest PEACEFULLY and LAWFULLY against the stolen election.

Protests are neither illegal nor "unamerican". In fact, protesting is as American as apple pie and is more patriotic than not protesting and allowing things to go unchecked.

Correct.

However vilating state campaign and business laws to hide the transaction are against the law.

Correct again. Except Daniels did not extort money from Trump.

She had ALREADY told the story to magazines years before, and she (via her attorney) was shopping the story around media outlets. The FPOTUS campaign found out about it and contacted her and paid her more than the media outlets were willing to pay.

Extortion is a crime, taking the highest bid when information is offered to multiple sources is not.
