Stopping it would be really simple, except it would take integrity and balls that no one has:
You prosecute these f*ers to the very extreme law.
For Example:
Arrest Hillary Clinton and sentence her to the rest of her life behind bars for affecting the largest criminal political scandal in US history.
Arrest and sentence to prison co-conspirators Brennan, Comey, McCabe.
Arrest the current FBI Director, perp walk all of their asses on national TV to show not only Americans but all the other corrupt, criminal piticians and diuchebags none of this wi be tolerated again.
Nancy Pelosi should be handcuffed and perp walked out of the House on CSPAN for committing Insider Trading Laws... again ...

If you want this shit to stop you have to prove it has to stop, will not be tolerated anymore, and that any and all perpetrators will be punished to the full extent of the law NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE!
Politicians don't REALLY want that.
Partisans only want 'the other party's' criminals punished.
And many extremists want complete anarchy.
Again, ending this shit would / could be easy, but there is a sufficient lack of will to prevent it from happening.
