Just because the video shows them removing a gun from him prior to the shooting does not mean that the officers did not feel threatened. It doesn't matter what the opinion is.... What matters is whether or not the officers genuinely felt threatened.

Split second decisions are often the difference between breathing and not breathing. It's easy to look at the video in retrospect but it's not so easy to place oneself in the shoes of the people at the moment.
