That's actually very consistent. If you're eating at your table, you're 6 feet away from everyone else. Risk increases with length of exposure so masking up when you finish eating limits the time of your risk.

I live in a country where all of these things were mandated nation wide, and we have way less sickness and death that the USA which did a "states rights" pandemic response which resulted is the WORST RESULT IN THE FIRST WORLD.
