With the 51 to 49 vote not to call witnesses, the Senate impeachment trial of President Trump is on track to an acquittal. And so the Trump impeachment saga is coming to an end not with a bang but a whine. “We Wuz Robbed!” shriek the foot-stomping Democrats as they repeat their poll-tested mantra that the trial was rigged because no witnesses were called to testify. Consequently, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has decreed that the president will remain impeached forever, and his presidency and all that flows from it will be deemed unclean and illegitimate... The House voted to impeach Trump for non-crimes of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress after a relatively brief 78 day investigation by the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees most of which took place in camera in a secret underground bunker. For all but the last week (by which time it was too late to affect the outcome) Trump’s lawyers were excluded, not allowed to call or cross-examine witnesses, and questioning of witnesses by Republican committee members was severely restricted. This kind of one-sided, Soviet-style, police state proceeding could not be better calculated to alarm and repel fair-minded people and may explain why Trump’s impeachment never gained traction with Republican and independent voters as the president’s approval ratings have risen throughout the proceedings.
As Trump’s lawyers calmly and without breaking a sweat dissected the House Managers’ embarrassingly fatuous case, Rep. Maxine Waters (D -Calif.), another Democrat Mensa candidate, raised the possibility of impeaching Trump again.

Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrats are too stupid to quit. Shamefully they are wasting our money and everyone’s time, but they don’t care.
They've already announced that their “investigation” into Trump’s taxes, business operations, etc., will continue. I’m sure that they’ll come up with another “Russia III”. Look for other articles of impeachment to arrive in the Senate as an October Surprise. If the Dems retain their power in the house we can count on seeing an impeachment every year.
What’s remarkable is the near universal assessment of Schiff's Ahab character: not only is he an incompetent lawyer who doesn’t understand the Constitution, he's proven himself a pathological liar, is thoroughly unlikable, appears to be deranged and mentally unstable, and he lives in a melodramatic fantasy world in his head.
Can't wait for the President's SOTU speech, What are the odds that a few of the honorable Democrat House Representatives will make a fools of themselves?

Best advice: have a case.

An impeachment in search of a crime is something only desperate rodents would concoct. Also, pick some warriors to fight for your cause. A substandard, morbidly obese land whale and what can only be euphemistically described as a "sissified boy toucher" is not recommended. Unless that's all you got.

you are out of your f*cking mind, The Dems in the House interviewed 18 witnesses they only presented 17 witnesses I guess they did not like what the 18th had to say. The also had 28 thousand documents and could not present a reasonable case. They rushed their case and wanted the Senate to finish it up for them. The House Dems were worthless
