How Much Money Do American Politicians Get From Israeli PACs?

Of course it’s not just the political donations from the Israeli government to American politicians. It is the Democrats and Republicans who standby Israel’s war in Gaza for example. A war, which has absolutely no effect on America but a war that the international world is reacting to.

Also the United States supplies high-tech weaponry and military technology to Israel. That is a serious thing. And much of it is for the greater Israel project …. If Israel was actually “surrounded by enemies”, you would see Egyptian, Jordanian, Syrian, Saudi tanks and military jets striking Tel Aviv. None of the pro Zionist propagandists ever talk about this again all they do is spew garbage. They lie nonstop.

Israel has 90 nuclear warheads. They don’t need any American support. And Remember the Abraham accords. Israels only enemy is the Iranian government. What is Iran even doing? They’re not even sending their jets or army into Tel Aviv. The people of Gaza are effectively defensive-less. They don’t have the sort of military strength that say Ukraine does to defend itself against Russia. There’s not a war in Gaza. It’s a completely one-sided military operation.

Again there is a powerful pro Zionist lobby in America. And that is their right to admire Israel… it is not their right to use American tax payer dollars to fund a foreign government that the majority of Americans don’t agree with. If individual Americans want to serve the interest of Israel, they can move to Israel, maybe they can even join the IDF if they want. They can send money to israeli charities. Stop with the US taxpayer dollars.

And then you have these weird evangelical Christians who believe Jews will burn in hell but they claim to like Israel. They say oh if you go against Netanyahu, you go against God. There is no logic at all to their argument. Modern day israeli politicians are not God.

If you get money from ANY PAC, are you serving the US people, or your own pocket and the interests of a select few people?

Just remember that the German federal election cost a little more than one US Senate seat race. The US election cycle costs billions and a lot of the money comes from the rich.
I'm not a fan of special interest groups getting away with bribing politicians for favors. Our representatives are supposed to represent Americans from their specific districts or States. They should NEVER be swayed by foreign governments or PACs.

The poster your attempting to have a conversation with is a known propagandist and a whiny liar who always complains about antisemitism while calling people he doesn’t like Muslims.

Of course you’ve also made plenty of threads critical of the Ukraine lobby, but old flame doesn’t give a darn about any of that. Notice people like him never actually addressed the serious concerns about the powerful Israeli lobby. It’s always the same garbage “Why don’t you talk about something else?”

And its rhetoric like that of old flame which is why the Israeli government is now more disliked than ever… they are disliked by a majority of Americans.

Make no mistake people like old flame Will continue to spew garbage. He doesn’t care. People like him think that Israel is unfairly criticized. When in reality Israeli military and political figures get airtime on CNN and Fox News all the time. Whereas just look at Russia you never see a Russian military or political figure interviewed by CNN or Fox.

The Jew hater speaks again. 🤡

Every thread you post is about Israel and how evil it is, you talk about nothing else, you're sick.

The current electoral system encourages this.

Change to one where the people have proper oversight, where politicians can't be bought, where people have real choice.

Proportional Representation.

So it looks like Israel is more fond of the Democrats than the Neocons.

Israel isn't even mentioned.

Foreign Influence Spending (Lobbying and PR)
According to data compiled by OpenSecrets under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which tracks spending on lobbying and influence operations, the countries with the highest spending in recent years are:
  • Saudi Arabia was the highest-spending country in 2024 for lobbying efforts.
  • China has spent the most on lobbying and influence operations since 2016.
  • Japan and the Marshall Islands are also among the top historical spenders.
In 2024 alone, other significant spenders included Ireland, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Loopholes and Indirect Influence
Foreign money can indirectly affect U.S. politics through several loopholes:
  • Tax-exempt organizations: Foreign nationals and governments can donate to certain U.S. non-profit organizations (like 501(c)(4) social welfare organizations) that are not required to disclose their donors. These organizations can then spend money on issue advocacy or make donations to super PACs, which also have less direct campaign finance restrictions compared to candidate committees.
  • Foreign-connected PACs: U.S. subsidiaries of foreign corporations may form PACs, but they must use only funds generated by their U.S. operations, and no foreign national can be involved in the decision-making process regarding contributions.
  • Think Tanks: Foreign governments and government-owned entities donate millions of dollars to U.S. think tanks to influence policy debates. In the past five years, the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Qatar were the most generous donors to U.S. think tanks.
Legislation has been proposed to close some of these loopholes and increase transparency around foreign funding in U.S. politics.
