How many of you wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning seemingly every night?

Yeah, I have it as well. 4 hours of good sleep and I am raring to go.

It’s the quality, more than the quantity.

I also used to dream vividly. Some l can recall, to this day.

Now, l hardly dream at all.

Worse, how many of you don't get proper answers as to why.because your entire system is deficient or corrupt? Welcome to G-dless Ontario.

Yeah, I was like that, then I went to bed later and it stopped, most of the time, unless I drank too much.

By the way are you a prison guard or a police officer? Just asking based on your name.
/——/ Neither. It’s a handle I used 25 years ago on the old Yahoo HAL board when a lib said I should be thrown in jail for being a conservative. So I picked Cellblock. The 2429 was just a random number. I brought it over to USMB when Yahoo shut down their conversation board because it was hijacked by politics.

I know sleep is an important thing but I just couldn't resist :10:

The system that regulates an organism’s innate sense of time and controls circadian rhythms is called a biological clock. It’s composed of proteins encoded by thousands of genes that switch on and off in a specific order.

Circadian rhythms are the physical, mental, and behavioral changes an organism experiences over a 24-hour cycle. Light and dark have the biggest influence on circadian rhythms, but food intake, stress, physical activity, social environment, and temperature also affect them. Most living things have circadian rhythms, including animals, plants, and microorganisms. In humans, nearly every tissue and organ has its own circadian rhythm, and collectively they are tuned to the daily cycle of day and night.

The problem is that often I wake up with the pain behind my eye.

Something is amiss, whether nerve related (which worries me about possible MS if not now down the road) or an aneurysm, I don't know

Ever look up from your pillow and feel as though you pinched a nerve and pulled a muscle between your neck and head , such that the hair stands up on your head and you wonder whether the strain could cause damage if it happened again , so you repeat the movement over and again until the muscle gets stronger and the pain and crackling stops , but you know there is still tension and it will happen again but not in the same way and hopefully not as severe ?

My symptoms are more related to the eye, numbness on one side primarily and now finally with meds, some help with one issue but with heavy side effects. Tired all day on these prescriptions + dizziness. G-d is testing me big time

The tingling, weird. random "electrical shock" symptoms may be the most frightening though.
