Implement PAYE (Pay as you Earn), this is how Europeans have their taxes done... They generally get their taxes paid at source... If you don't have any major alternative income (i.e. >12000 euro) or have a large medical deductible, you have nothing to fill out.
Accountants hate this for obvious reasons... The deductibles which they are few, are either automated or have a simple website to claim.

When you ring in you can either wait for the last agent you talked to or arrange a call for them to ring you back ASAP or on a scheduled time..
