Your point is taken, but I have no idea how closely or how often it has been enforced. The Rule had a date on your page of July 15, 2020. I do not know if that is the date of the rule, whether it really only dates back to that election year, or when he made any of his donations totaling $35.00.
In light of how loosely the Supremes takes money and judgeships, I am not sure if that is a standard or kind of a "be attitude". Have judges ever been actioned in accordance with it, verdicts overturned?
