Yeah. I'm backing off. And, though I hate to admit it, it might just be time to "keep your head down". It's ugly out there, and it's getting uglier.I really should just quit this place, because much of the time when I read threads here I feel like I'm from another planet.![]()

I was once on the periphery of one man trying to financially destroy another man. While I was able to knock this plan off track, I found I simply could not forgive the man who was trying to destroy another. I was that furious. I was able to remove myself from the man's network, but I could not forgive him for what he tried to do to another. Yet I knew, as a Christian, I was called to forgive. My prayer to God was an admission I did not have the strength to forgive, at least not yet. I knew God had this strength and asked God to forgive the man until the day came I was able to add my own forgiveness to God's. There was immediate peace and remained for the two or three years that passed before I was fully willing and able to add my own forgiveness to God's.I really don't know how Erika Kirk did it. There are people on the left who are just plain demonic. They want us Republicans dead and are celebrating and glorifying the death of another and,... I'm supposed to love these demons?

My prayer for Erika is that if should she ever reach a point where she feels unable to forgive what the assassin did in depriving her children of their dad, that she not hesitate to ask God to carry this weight for her until such time she, once again, is able to offer the sincere forgiveness, she offered Sunday.
The Messiah did not hate the soldiers who hurt and killed Him, but He did NOT forgive the Pharisees et. al. who slandered, tortured and killed Him and His followers. The Edomite Jews thought they killed Him, but they did not.And why is that? Christianity is based on the teachings of Jesus. If you can't accept what he taught, then you aren't a Christian.
Turning the other cheek is an act of defiance. You can't slap the other cheek with the back of your right hand.turn cheek vs eye for eye?
What a stupid post...I'm sure that's how it looks from inside your conspiracy filled cult bubble.

yes RamTurning the other cheek is an act of defiance. You can't slap the other cheek with the back of your right hand.
Eye for an eye means the punishment should fit the crime.
God requires us to forgive all. That is how we become more like him.I really don't know how Erika Kirk did it. There are people on the left who are just plain demonic. They want us Republicans dead and are celebrating and glorifying the death of another and,... I'm supposed to love these demons?
I think he was clear on what we need to do.but I want to know where Jesus wants us to draw the line
Where are you getting this from? Specifically?because we're supposed to hate Satan and all things demonic and evil
God hates sin but He doesn't hate the sinner.
God requires us to forgive all. That is how we become more like him.
But justice cannot be robbed.
So forgive, get out of the way and let eternal justice take care of things. God knows people's hearts and how to judge them. We should not.

I see but Erika already did forgive him though. How do you lose forgiveness when you've already given it?

That's all they care about: The cult.
Where a person actually stands on issues is irrelevant.
They're essentially feral now.
Btw, I don't think ChristisKing understood your point, because I don't think she would've given it a thumbs up if she got what you were saying.
Wrong.
This is a one sided war that can't tolerate the right being in power
The Law of the Creator is that murderers should be killed.
When people wimp out and forgive murderers, they are saying that they are more righteous than Al Yah Shua....Christ.
As for "enemies"; as long as they are not trying to kill you,
Do you really believe that?!?! Take a deep breath. Go for a walk. Talk to people in your neighborhood. Many of them are Democrats. Do you think they want you dead??The majority of the democratic party wants us dead.

The fear mongering is wormed its way into your head. That's what we must reject.
