How Do Gay Couples Feel about not being able to have children?

If you are gay or if you know any gay couples, do you know if it bothers them that they can not have children together of their own?

If it were "mean to be" and it "totally natural" why are same sex couples not afforded a natural way to procreate?
Why would you create a thread about gay people who can't have kids in the usual way.?? There are lots of straight couples who can't either. I have to wonder what you're trying to get at here.

There are, and, I'm sure it bothers them too... but, I wonder why you care about what I am getting at?

I just find it curious that you decided to focus on same sex couples, when the issue of not being able to have biological children is not going to effect gays as a group any differently than others. They are all people first and foremost.

I guess I'm not being clear.

I mean children that are BIOLOGICALLY, part of both of themselves....

We know what you mean, you are desperately grasping for some rational for your homophobia. "but, but, but... they can't have children naturally!"

And neither can a lot of straight folks.

It's why you have all these 30 somethings desperately trying to make babies before their biological clocks run out

True, but 100% of homosexual couples can not have a biological child.

The gay men feel shitty about it.

The lesbians feel fishy about it.

Ever notice how homophobes spend so much time obsessing on the mechanics of gay sex.

It's like a vegetarian who can't stop talking about steak.
I'm not a homophobe, I'm just scared of queers.

Our daughter would be totally surprised to hear she doesn't exist.

So what?? Giving birth and being a parent are two different things

Come on Bod, you know that is not what I'm saying... give it a rest.

Who knows or cares. Maybe it's natures way of telling us that every couple on earth having children might not be such a good idea.

why do some think there is an agenda?

I agree! What is the difference between a same sex couple unable to have a child biologically than a man/woman unable to have a child biologically. NOTHING!
The only difference is that a same sex could has ZERO percent chance. Asking how they feel about this is a question. Period. Who's the one inserting controversy?

And you started a similar thread about parents of adopted children because they aren't BIOLOGICALLY part of both of them, right?

Hmmm.... you would have to link. I start a lot of threads, and, will neither deny or admit!
