Who says they don't? They certainly do use them. The difference is it may not be as easy to tell that she's really a woman, she uses a stall so nobody would notice, or men simply don't care. We don't have the same anxieties that women do and there are cultural reasons for that. Men are generally the predators in society.

That would be a trans male then. The easiest way for me to remember how this work is that the designation that comes AFTER the word trans is how they identify and the opposite of their gender at birth. So a trans female identifies and presents to the world as female but was "assigned" male at birth (the opposite of what "she" identifies as).

I had to research this myself for my own knowledge, so the confusion is understandable.
