Your concept of God is that God is a figment of man’s imagination.
No more so than quantum mechanics.

You don’t believe there is a moral force that exists outside the minds of men.
Exactly NOT what I'm saying.

Can you walk me through how this moral force works without being guided by intelligence?
It is the cultural equivalent of natural selection.

Our basic disagreement is your perception of God is not responsible for creating the universe
True

and does not exist in actuality.
Debatable.

Once I found the true Church, especially the tangible Presence of Jesus Christ available 24/7 in the Catholic Churches of the world (even to non-Catholics), and which is found nowhere else

I lost all interest in other religions. I wasn't searching anymore. :)

Quantum mechanics has been proven in a myriad of ways and you absolutely are arguing that God does not exist except in the minds of men.

So your perception of God is God doesn’t exist which is exactly what you are looking for.

No Jew or Christian today would see that as moral. Other passages order the enemy to be taken as slaves. That also would not be moral in our view of morality now.

Few Christians and many Jews no longer follow Old Testament dietary laws seeing them as unnecessary in today's world.
Majority rule has no place in following God

Based on the Wright book I just finished, I believe there is a naturally-occurring, moral force, like natural selection in biology, at work in human cultures. You can call that moral force by whatever name you choose but that force did not create the universe raise the dead on Earth.

I'd answer but this doesn't make sense so I can't.

Especially that last sentence

It might make more sense if you read The Evolution of God, a 2009 book by Robert Wright, in which the author explores the history of the concept of God in the three Abrahamic religions.

Natural selection doesn’t exist as a force. So, no natural selection doesn’t exist or not exist in the minds of men.

According to you this moral force has no independent existence. Ergo this moral force you call God is a figment of man’s imagination.

The process or events which make up what we call natural selection exist independent of men. Men’s minds make this process manifest but the process is independent of man’s manifestation of the process.

I'd rather spend my precious time in the Presence of Jesus (and maybe a few other worthwhile places). I learn what I need to know in Christ's Presence, not surprisingly.

I know one thing about Robert Wright, which is about all I need to know: he is a human being.

I don't take this place seriously. You shouldn't either
who said anything about taking things seriously?

I simply said I don't like your avatar. It's creepy IMO

Others may not think so... oh well... I don't even know why I bothered to speak my mind on such a trivial thing... but as the Word says: The human heart is unfathomable (paraphrase). Only God can know it... so that explains why I did that dumb thing..

Sorry to bother..

Actually, I didn't understand because you apparently didn't edit your post before clicking Reply.

You don't know what you don't know.
