How bad is the Mini-Meltdown in the Blue Wall?

Listings, sales and re-fis are down in most of the Blue Wall because of wage push inflation in the red states driving up interest rates. How bad is it going to get? And no I don't mean the states in this thread but the air-pockets created in the housing markets. Since my contacts in the Blue Wall are limited I don't know how bad the situation is and how fast it is getting worse.
