How bad are things in Europe?

Russian propaganda machine.

No idea. But the film has professional power. And it's much more easy and much less expensive to get the sweets in such a machine. A drunken deed - but no one of them looked to be drunken. And who for heavens sake eats this mud calm as a cucumber after this explosion which will inform the police and/or security?

Isabel Peralta, a Spaniard, was sentenced to 1 year in prison and fined 1,080 euros for saying “it's not migration - it's an invasion” and “Spain is a Christian country, not a Muslim country”.

It took 10 years to build a staircase in London

British politician Ed Davey: After 10 years, I am proud to say that the second staircase at Surbiton station is officially open! It's fantastic to see residents and passengers using the stairs and how it's already helping to reduce congestion.

That's nothing! In Ukraine, it used to happen that public toilets were inaugurated.

How are things?

Bad. :(

I always think we have hit rock bottom when it comes to German speech crime prosecutions, but then somehow things always manage to get worse.

Today we have news that law enforcement authorities in Braunschweig have issued summary judgement against Tim Heldt, a major German YouTuber who runs the channel KuchenTV. They accuse Heldt of violating section 86a of the German Criminal Code, which is the statute that forbids using the symbols and slogans of “anti-constitutional and terrorist organisations” like the NSDAP. Specifically, some policewoman named Fehrer of the Braunschweig Police believes Heldt “knowingly” said the words “Sieg Heil”1 during a Christmas livestream last December. The fine for this grave act of cryptofascism is €16,000.

The thing is, when we call up the relevant clip from the livestream – which Heldt himself has helpfully posted – we see that the man said no such thing.

And so what now for Britain? The conviction of Hamit Coskun sets an extremely dangerous precedent, for even though he wasn’t actually convicted of blasphemy against Islam, everyone in the U.K. knows that was the point of putting him on trial in the first place, as he himself noted. Now that British authorities have made it clear that desecration of the Qur’an is a criminal offense, the door is open to the adoption of other provisions of Islamic law (Sharia).

What Russia may do is not hit a British City but maybe a ship or even the RAF base on Cyprus, and who could blame them?

Two RAF bases on Cyprus. Didn’t do much to help the Cypriots, when they were overrun by the Turks.

More likely it will be HMNB Clyde in Scotland. Deniable proxy attack from a "cargo ship" by unmanned boats. Elimination of two thirds of the British nuclear arsenal may be, will force Britain to accept peace. May be not. And then, if the last British Vanguard, being hunted by Russian attacking submarines, in position "use it or lose it", decided to attack Saint Peterbourg (for Moscow ABD is unpenetratable for a single submarine salvo), only then, Russia will eliminate seven British cities for every damaged Russian city. For Saint Peterbourg those are: Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds.
If you live in one of those - you'd better to leave them in advance. And after it, Russia will demand unconditional surrender (or a humanitarian occupation by the international forces).

Lets hope it doesn't go that far, Manchester is only 20 miles from my Home, so if it ever came to that i wouldn't even have time to make a cup of tea before the blinding light of a nuclear strike then the blast wave not long after hit that would wipe my area off the map.
