The Progressive movement has two founding pillars that define them, open borders and abortion. These two pillars and intractable and nonnegotiable.
But how are they linked?
Abortion is a billion dollar a year industry, that accounts for well over 50 million murdered unborn babies, and an open border allows the drug cartels to have easy access to selling their product to Americans at the cost of about 200 people dying a day.
In fact, we see governments in South and Central America be the puppets of the drug cartels down South, so we are to believe that politicians in the US are immune to their power and influence? Obama and Eric Holder even tried to arm them with Eric Holder being in criminal contempt of Congress for it via the Fast and Furious scandal. He was the first and last Attorney General ever to be held in criminal contempt of Congress.
The bonus is, both help reduce population levels, something that Progressives are fixated upon to help curb pollution and a reduction in their precious natural resources.
And yes, this means both parties. After all, the GOP had two years to build the wall and instead funding things like Planned Parenthood.
