DOJ doesn't have those depositions. But if the report is released, the DOJ will be able to get them.

If the report is not released the DOJ will be able to get it if it wants it. How do you know what the House has? How do you know what the DOJ has? All we have is what her lawyer has said. The DOJ did their investigation and found nothing to charge Gaetz with. If the State of Florida charges him you'll be able to see all the ugly details, maybe true, maybe not, in the media.
