House passes resolution to honor Charlie Kirk, but 58 Dems vote against it

The average age of a commercial airliner pilot is 45-46.

That's what Kirk was referring to....try to keep up.
Where did Kirk ever discuss the age of an airline pilot?

All I saw him discuss was their race

They weren't talking sedition. Trump however, did call all of them traitors including MTG. Trump did say the Dem 6 were committing sedition and could be murdered in punishment.
Encouraging military to question orders would be an act of sedition. Congress has no business interfering with the military.

Sedition can carry with it the penalty of death. Trump reminded them of that. Now they've messed their pants.
He pointed out Washington had people hung for that offense. Suggested it as an outcome. I don't recall Him suggesting they be murdered....you fluffing it up a bit?

The issue is unlawful orders
Which has always been the case

That is not sedition

So now when the military gives orders, we're going to have to sit down and explain to the subordinates any order they question?
Sedition is contempt for authority, disruption of government operations, among other things.
Sure sounds like what came out of that video.

What unlawful orders have been given that congress felt compelled to act on or is this another one of their political stunts?

Question illegal orders. ITS LITERALLY IN THEIR OATH AND THE MILITARY CODE OF JUSTICE.

The only problem is that you have no idea what an illegal may be. You're ignorant on this subject.

There’s nothing in the oath of office or enlistment which states what constitutes an illegal order. There’s no mention of “lawful orders” in either the oath of enlist oath of office.

You’re as dumb as a post. You have zero ability to make any such determination.

If you are in the military and think you just know what an illegal order is and choose to defy it, you better be 100% correct.

The fact is there are very few circumstances where an illegal order is obvious.

Idiots with little to no training or experience are unable to identify those situations. An order isn’t illegal just because you disagree with it.
