Actually, the bill rolled back the $600 cap on receiving money from payment processors like Ebay and Venmo. Once the bill gets passed, old retired people can sell up to $20,000 without having to file a 1099-k.

I also think the no tax on tips and overtime should be capped. We will have waiters earning $150,000 at fine restaurants, almost all tax free, while Grandma has to pay tax on her $1500 monthly SS check because she has $25,000 in provisional income.
