I also think the no tax on tips and overtime should be capped. We will have waiters earning $150,000 at fine restaurants, almost all tax free, while Grandma has to pay tax on her $1500 monthly SS check because she has $25,000 in provisional income.

From what I've read it will be capped and will expire in 2028.

Singles on SS will receive a $4000 tax credit if making under $75,000 and filing jointly will receive the same $4000 credit if under $150,000. Just not good enough it needs to be eliminated on Social Security. Now, on to the senate where it will probably be changed.
