House Judiciary Committee has released the video of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s deposition

Inconsequential. The votes were recounted twice, including a hand recount with the same result each time.

Again, being delusional is not a valid defense. There was no real evidence of fraud. Just their delusional thinking.

Apparently not.

Also, here’s something else I found:

So this is the phone call that took place between Raffensperger and the trump team. I read the WHOLE thing. At NO point did trump or anyone else ever suggest or even hint at fabricating any votes or doing anything illegal, nor did they ever suggest swapping for alternate electors. The WHOLE conversation was trump laying out what they found and trying to get Brad to conduct an audit, and why the courts were being delayed and why Georgia wouldn’t share its data with the trump lawyers.

Nothing about creating votes or fabricating votes was even hinted at.

What I do find interesting is that, early on in the conversation, trump was talking about 300,000 fraudulent votes, and they were talking about improper signatures. Could it be that they knew THEN what we are just finding out out about now?

For anyone who wishes to get clarity on the actual conversation that took place that day, I encourage you to spend 30 or 40 minutes reading the transcript.

Yes, and it directly addresses Trump's lawsuits. Pence shouldn't validate those states with legal objections in work, which could affect the electoral votes for those states.

The President of the Senate does not "validate" votes. The President of the Senate reads the votes submitted by Executive Authority. For votes to be rejected (in 2020) then a Senator and a Representative have to submit a signed objection in writing.

Counting stops, the Chambers debate for 2 hours, then each chamber votes. Both chambers have to sustain the objection for the votes to be not counted.

Such objections occurred twice in the 2021 EC count in joint session, neither passed.

It’s fraud of the mind which does not exist in law nor practically either

I’m about 4:45 into the video. Simple Jack is saying that the Rinos in GA were the ones who told Trump the election was fair, so Trump committed fraud by having the opinion that the election was rigged. Simple Jack is a nut job.

He had the power to temporarily sideline those states counts while finishing the others, then calling for objections to those he set aside.

You still keep side stepping my original question. Not surprised.

I wasn't quibbling about that. Ballot individual signatures......proper ballot form and not photo copies....etc.
Congress has the ability to object after every state is introduced. Your argument makes no sense whatsoever.

Pence has no authority to decide to sideline anyone’s votes. The Eastman memo specifically says this would be violating the law. The purpose of this fraudulent electors was to deprive 7 states of their validly certified electors.

It had nothing to do with any court case.

Trump’s claims were false. He wasn’t laying out what he found, he was lying to Raffensperger in an attempt to get him to “recalculate” the vote totals and make Trump win.

That’s fraud.

Not sure what you mean by “apparently not” because after two recounts the vote total didn’t change which makes it inconsequential.

Lies.

Just like Adolf told the Jews getting on the trains

German Jews were told they were being sent for "resettlement to the East"

What you left out is all of Trump's advisors, including his own daughter, telling him that he lost.

It says 'breaking from procedure'.

You still keep side stepping my original question. Not surprised.....

It says 'breaking from procedure'.
The procedure set out in the Act, otherwise known as the law.

Again, the entire purpose of the fake electors was to prevent the valid electors from being used in the count.

That’s fraud.

You mean this question?

Biden found guilty in one of Trump's lawsuits...... Trump wins the state now. Electors previously cast their votes for Biden.

Now what?

Now what? Absolutely nothing. Congress voted on January 7th, 2021, and not even congress itself can change that decision.

Nope. You are a liar.

They didn't have the required signature to make them legal. Therefore, under GA statute they are illegal.

Ya got nothing, Simp.
How were they not cast legally by the voters?

Explain.

The procedure set out in the Act, otherwise known as the law.
The Immigration Act has specific procedures, also known as the law.......30 million illegals later, it appears the procedures weren't followed.

So what's your point?

Again, the entire purpose of the fake electors was to prevent the valid electors from being used in the count.
In lieu of a Trump court win which would negate that states electors for Biden.

My point is that they knew what they were asking Pence to do was illegal.
In lieu of a Trump court win which would negate that states electors for Biden.
Right. It seems as though Trump had given up thinking he could successfully challenge the election in court. Multiple decisions came down highlighting how his “evidence” of fraud was largely inconsequential, irrelevant or false. More evidence that Trump would have known he hadn’t won.

In lieu of court decisions in their favor, the next plan was to commit fraud. The Eastman memo says that Pence would refuse to count the votes from the 7 states with fake electors and declare Trump the winner.

That’s fraud.

How do you that by not signing, as required, the vote tally's weren't altered or changed from one candidate to another?
Who didn’t sign the ballots dell.

15th post
Actually, once congress certifies the certificates, that's the final word on their validity.

Any flaws, errors, inaccuracies or changes are moot, because congress makes the final legal determination.
ahh so you agree with the president. Jan 6 was about finding those ballots.
