House Democrats Vote To Undermine USSC, Violate Separation of Powers

Meanwhile McConnell confirmed Amy Coney Barrett right in the very middle of the election.
September 27th, just a week, before the presidential election.
An election that was ultimately LOST by the Republicans

First off Nazi, what Reid and the Reich did affects JUDICIAL nominees. It has nothing to do with Cabinet positions.
You're either stupidly wrong or lying.

Wanna pick one?

Correction. Barrett was nominated September 26, 2020, just 5 weeks before the election. And confirmed a week before the election.

Memorial day didn't change the political landscape Nazi - the election did.

Mostly though - keeping scum like Garland off the court is defense of the Nation and the Constitution.
Garland if put to a floor vote would have been confirmed by a significant majority.

The only way to prevent his confirmation was to prevent his confirmation.

And it was BEFORE the election cycle. Meaning that not a single primary vote was cast before Obama made the nomination. The election cycle hadn't begun.

the argument was that when you dont hold the senate the election matters when you hold the senate and the presidency the election doesnt matter which he said.

The Biden Rule, remember that? Back when Biden was a senator back in 1992, he and other democrats proclaimed long and loud about how a president should not be allowed to nominate a new justice on the Supreme Court in his last year in office. Biden took to the floor in a speech addressing the Senate president to urge delay if a vacancy did appear. He said the nomination process should be put off until after the election, which was on Nov. 3, 1992. But no vacancy arose then and the issue was moot, that is until Justice Scalia died during Obama's last year in office, and then all of a sudden it became paramount for the democrats to nominate and confirm his replacement BEFORE the 2016 election.

The hypocrisy of the democratic party was never more transparent than this. Hoisted on their own petard. Sweet irony.

Not a chance with the Republican Majority.

But that would have cost political capitol.

NOW the public knows what a pile of fascist shit Garland is - so keeping vermin like that off the court is vital. Obama lied that Garland was a "moderate." Obama knew exactly what Garland is.

Garland is an extremist with a deep-seated hatred of America and our Constitution. His unethical, unconstitutional, and inexcusable acts as AG show what an evil man he is. McConnell clearly also knew that Garland is a fascist scumbag.

I'm not a fan of Mitch - but for that act he is a patriot
