As tempting as it is for some people that have no skin in this game the United States of America cannot
be the flop house and soup kitchen for the world.

We already have a legal and well ordered way to take in a number of cases on humanitarian grounds
and when you overfill a life boat the boat capsizes and then everyone dies.

Where were all these people the last four years? Obviously their lives are only miserably harsh and

With a little bit of money many countries can induced to take in refugees.

It has nothing to do with who they vote for, and their vote would have 0 effect on an election. My view is that convicted felons have lost their rights to just about everything, especially the vote.

Some got through, they always will. But Trump's policy put pressure on Mexico to stop people from other countries entering their country to get to the US. He told them if they don't do something about their southern borders, he's going to cut US aid to Mexico. He also made the policy that if anybody does get to our border to apply for asylum and was offered asylum in another country along the way, they'd be immediately disqualified.

It worked very well, especially in 2019.

Even leftist sources are forced to admit the great accomplishments of President Trump when it comes to immigration. In fact if you read the CNBC link I posted, they tried to make the case that the wall was a waste of time and money given how low our illegal border crossings were under Trump. Of course they didn't write the article with praising Trump in mind, they wrote the article to convince the sheep that Trump's wall is totally unnecessary. In order to do that, they had to admit how illegal crossings were well under control.

Thanks to Dementia, the border is once again a huge mess, with children and women getting raped along the way, a percentage of them dying during the trip here, being kidnapped for human trafficing, bringing in illegal narcotics to kill Americans with, all of which Trump stopped.
