And as we all know, the mental state of human beings can and will go bad at times.

I think that is a pretty cold way of looking at it. How about just accepting them as fellow human beings rather than identifying them by gender alone?

I don't think it does "improve" people's lives. Lot of fellows who have had their manhoods amputated voluntarily still kill themselves. They realize that chopping off their penises doesn't make them a broad at all- just a fool who is walking around dickless.
