Non-government private company ADP Jobs Report showed -33,000 Jobs the month prior. Government BLS was correct to revise their prior months down 250,000 Jobs.

ADP: May +128k, June -33k, July +100k = 3 month average of 65k
BLS: May +19k, June +14k, July +73k = 3 month average of 35k
