When the IG report came out it was in order to prepare Clinton's ass lickers and paid sycophants for the FBI report which, irrespective of what Lynch does or doesn't do, will put the final nail in the Clinton's political coffin.
Sander's KNOWS, as do many DEM insiders what the FBI's investigation will reveal to the world. 'The world' being the Independents' who will decide who gets the Presidency or not.

What's notable about this election, is that people are finally realizing the Democrats have been lying to them, don't have the people's interests at heart, and the people aren't listening to them any more.

When the Democrats can't successfully lie to the voters any more, the Democrats are doomed. The truth coming out about what the Dems are doing, is the worst thing that can happen to them (and always has been).

The societal wealth extraction paradigm looks entirely bipartisan to me. The wealth generated by increases in american worker productivity has been redistributed out of society as a whole because american style capitalism is still very much colonial in nature. Go back and take a hard look at the founder's vision. They loathed the unsubstantial people. Just as your aristocracy does today. "Both" sides.
