Many organizations do..Hillary Clinton did not disclose the $500,000 speaking fee the Russians gave to Bill Clinton.
And who pays half a million for one speech? It's a thinly-veiled bribe.
Did you include the updates for the story? This is a NEW YORK TIMES story. I thought you believed in them. This old lie never gets old, like a story from 3 years ago, really on top of things....in return for a bribe to her husband, Bill.
Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal
This story was in the NEW YORK TIMES so liberals, do not bother to impeach the source as biased against the Clintons.
Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.
And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.
What gets me is that here we have is actual proof that Hillary Clinton is a paid Russian agent, who treasonously sold American uranium supplies for a $500,000 bribe.

You do realize that no one 'sold American uranium supplies'? Right?
He emphasized that multiple United States agencies, as well as the Canadian government, had signed off on the deal and that, in general, such matters were handled at a level below the secretary. “To suggest the State Department, under then-Secretary Clinton, exerted undue influence in the U.S. government’s review of the sale of Uranium One is utterly baseless,” he added.
How much uranium has gone out of the country to Russia?Given this history, the chances that Russia would prefer Trump over Hillary Clinton are practically nil.
She was already a paid agent of the FSB.
And she committed treason.

But wait- you keep telling us the New York Times is fake news!
LOL
Meanwhile- of course Hillary Clinton had no authority- or ability to sell uranium to anyone- you are just lying again.
Among the agencies- 9 total- Hillary Clinton was one person who signed off on the deal.
Which then had to be approved of by the Nuclear Regulatory Agency.
And then had to be approved by President Obama.
So Hillary was one of at least 10 people who had to approve this deal.
She didn't sell anything.
Did Clinton help Russia obtain uranium for donations? Nope...in return for a bribe to her husband, Bill.

First, the State Department did approve of Russia’s gradual takeover of a company with significant U.S. uranium assets, but it didn’t act unilaterally. State was one of nine government agencies, not to mention independent federal and state nuclear regulators, that had to sign off on the deal.
The Kremlin’s 2010 purchase of a controlling stake in Uranium One had to be approved by the nine members of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.
That included Clinton as secretary of state, but also the secretaries of the Treasury (the chairman of the committee), Defense, Justice, Commerce, Energy and Homeland Security as well as the the heads of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Office of Science and Technology Policy. The deal also had to be okayed by the independent Nuclear Regulatory Commission as well as Utah’s nuclear regulator.
While it’s conceivable Clinton advocated for the deal, the author of Clinton Cash Peter Schweizer himself admitted that he doesn’t have "direct evidence" proving Clinton played a part. The State Department’s principal representative on the committee, Jose Fernandez, told Time that Clinton "never intervened with me on any CFIUS matter."
Hillary Clinton committed treason. I want an investigation. I want an indictment. I want her thrown in prison to serve hard time.

I have no more problem with the Clinton's receiving millions from the Russians than I do with Trump receiving millions.
However- the only money the "Clinton's' received from Russians is the $500,000 Bill got for a speaking engagement.
There was money from other individuals that went to the Clinton Foundation- which unlike the Trump Foundation- was not used as a personal piggy bank to pay for personal portraits.
Was there anything illegal about these donations to the Clinton Foundation?
You are correct, it took 9 federal agencies to okay the deal..All investigated, no evidence of ANY quid pro quo ANYWHERE.
