Hillary can save Louisiana!

I suspect that if Hillary held a rally in Louisiana for the flood victims none would show up. That is how we can count flood victims or that is how we can get better numbers of flood victims. Count the ones that show up to any rally held by her. People would wonder if there was a flood at all since their were no flood victims.
