If Hillary Clinton did knowingly keep classified documents on her home server, or stored them there unwittingly but negligently, it was presumably with confidence that her fate would be more like Brennan or Panetta than Drake or Kiriakou. After all, she was well aware of what happened to Sandy Berger when he mishandled classified documents. One of Bill Clinton’s most influential foreign policy advisors, he walked into the National Archives and willfully absconded with sensitive documents so that he could destroy them for unknown reasons.

you would think that by now that destroying email and documents would raise a red flag...

i think overall as a society, we are way too trusting of our government again.

and i already see inklings of the press protecting her... e.g. the new york times/benedict arnold gazette.. (a red newspaper) probably won't come up in the debate.

Thing is, she was persecuting people to fullest extent for misdomenors when she was in charge when she was doing major felonies. Her server wasn't the least bit secure. You can be sure if it was on her server is was being read in Moscow and Peiking and Tehran at the very least. She should go to jail for offences she persecuted for when her offences were so much worse

Clinton presidential campaign spokesman Nick Merrill issued a statement early Friday denying that Clinton had handled classified materials inappropriately.

"As has been reported on multiple occasions, any released emails deemed classified by the [Obama] administration have been done so after the fact, and not at the time they were transmitted," Merrill said.

the election campaign/benghazi hearings should be quite smashing..

Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).
That indicates a level of classification beyond even “top secret,” the label previously given to two emails found on her server, and brings even more scrutiny to the presidential candidate’s handling of the government’s closely held secrets.
