Hey Trump, DOGE This.

Biden brought in new IRS agents to fix it.

Republicans, including the ones here, screamed bloody murder.

tRump fired them as soon as he could.

Obama tried to increase their funding.

Republicans blocked it.

Apr 10, 2025 — Congress rescinded $41.8 billion — over half — of the IRA's funding for the IRS via the 2024 and 2025 appropriations processes.

Congress rescinded $41.8 billion — over half — of the IRA’s funding for the IRS via the 2024 and 2025 appropriations processes, and the rest remains under threat of cuts or rescissions in the current budget reconciliation process. And the Administration has already fired over 7,000 IRS employees and is planning to cut 11,000 more by May 15, reportedly with the end goal of cutting the agency workforce by up to half.

All so they can't audit tRump billionaire buddies.

Sorry, I'm calling this bullshit.

About 20 years ago, my uncle filed his taxes. He was off by one dollar. He received an audit threat in the mail if he didn't pay his taxes in full immediately.

He wrote the IRS a check for one dollar and mailed it certified mail. He made copies of everything so he could prove what the IRS really did to him.

You can call it bullshit, but that doesn't make it so. Neither do stories about a supposed experience your uncle once had hold any weight. You should take the word of somebody who was actually the head of the IRS.

Theoretically, the IRS under collects. And?
