Huh? That was ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS CLARIFIED!!!!! Without a doubt, we were under cyber attack by the Russians--- --- and the combined opinion of all of the intelligence agencies is that not a bit of it actually affected, coerced or changed the outcome. But we need to be better prepared for the next attacks.
