Here is a matter I'm sure we can all agree on.

Democrats are in favor of not following court orders so I don't understand the point of your thread.
This thread isn't about Dem's. It's about the credible evidence presented by Reuveni showing Bove directed DoJ employees to ignore a court order.

The messages show increasing alarm among Justice Department lawyers that the administration had in fact defied court orders and that some officials — including a prominent DOJ lawyer brought on by the Trump administration — could face sanctions for misleading the courts.

Looks like you're trying to claim "whataboutism", which basically means you agree democrats do the same thing but you only want to point out one side doing it.

And then the next administration will do the same and it becomes a back and forth free for all.
Let's hope the next administration doesn't have to deal with lawless low level rogue judges hellbent in lawfare and oloutuxal activism

The "wild west" is allowing any admin to issue blatantly unconstitutional EO's which can only be blocked temporarily on a nationwide basis until the arduous process of certifying a class for a class action suit can be accomplished.
More. SOVIET LAWFARE BULLSHIT from Stalinberg.
Keep it going all the way to the MIDTERMS.

They only favor the court orders that become an extension of the Democrat party. The problem is once the court becomes an extension of the party it is no longer the court
I understood your post — I just don’t agree that it invalidates what I said. Disagreement doesn’t equal misunderstanding.
And that is how it works with the left. They simply cannot fathom that someone can hear what they have to say fully understand it and then disagree with it. It has to be that you simply didn't read it or hear it correctly. This is called arrogance.

Yep. I don't know why this isn't obvious to the parties.

I guess they both think that everything they do will turn out to be so fabulous that they'll be voted back in, in a landslide, and the other party will never be able to get back in. That's just not how it works in a 50/50 country.

Ego and hubris. And delusion.

You oughta know….🤨

True.

Of course, Trump Cult members will disagree – they have the same contempt for the rule of law, the same contempt for the courts, and support Republican presidents defying court orders.
You'd think I was asking trumples to repudiate their devotion to trump. I'm just asking, based on the undisputed evidence (including by Bove) them to acknowledge the nomination should be withdrawn.

The problem being cult-like behavior prevents them from admitting Dear Leader is capable of an error.

Cite me an example of a Dem prez who nominated someone to serve on an appellate court who directed DoJ employees to violate a court order.

My God, this post right here could be a confession…I seriously don’t know why you have to continually rail as if you know more than anyone else in this forum. You’re playing a stupid game trying to conceal your ideological views, but your bias is unmistakable. You only respond to the ideological left on this board, while talking about, and not to, the right.

If the left in here ever has a hope of righting their broken ship, they’re going to have to do a couple of things.

1. They’ll have to re asses this absurd path, march toward Marxist ideology in this country,

2. Look for ways to work with Republicans and not reflexively against them.

You could have a positive role in that, if you’d only drop the arrogant rhetoric and engage in conversation.

Now, I know that probably won’t happen, but I still like to try every so often…

The presidents position is that they’ll follow court orders, but appeal them where necessary…where is that wrong.

The President can nominate whomever he wishes. Unless you think he needs your approval?
