Our decline is going to be rapid and certain. Police states cost everyone in Canada, especially the ill and most vulnerable.

When her nine-year-old son's heart surgery was recently cancelled for the second time in as many months, Rachael Armstrong was left angry, frustrated and "visibly shaking."

"My reaction was not very good … my stress was through the roof," said Armstrong from Kamloops, B.C. Her son Jackson Anderson has been waiting for surgery at B.C. Children's Hospital since May.

"As a parent, it's scary to think that your child's medical care might be getting pushed back and pushed back," she told The Current's Matt Galloway.

Jackson was born with holes in his heart, a condition for which he has already had 10 surgeries. Last spring, doctors said he would need to have his aorta replaced with a mechanical valve, but that surgery was postponed in both October and November because there was not adequate staffing to oversee his recovery in ICU.

The delays extend the anxiety that Armstrong has felt since the day she learned he would need surgery.

Yeah, socialized medicine isn't so good when it's a complicated operation, and doctors expect to get paid.

How many doctors and such lost due to the covid vax?

I know all the bought and paid for 'news' fact checkers will claim the vax had nothing to do with all those sudden deaths and deadly illnesses suffered after being vaxxed but, then again that is why they are called 'bought and paid for slimebags'.

As a Canadian; does this shock you?

Maybe B.C. should rehire all those nurses they fired for refusing the Covid vaccinations.

Back in the 1990s I lived in a border state for seven years.

We were told not to make any doctor's appointments for Monday because that is when all the Canadians would show up to the see the doctors. They would rather pay for American health care than take what the Canadians gave them for free.

Socialized medicine sucks.

She can take her boy to America if she has half a million dollars for each surgery needed.

There are no free lunches for freeloaders in America!

But unfortunately Canadian police arrest any children trying to escape to America.

Truth is, it's a commie plot hatched by the WHO to have Americans believe their system is the the worst in the modern world!

You are the typical, self righteous, smug Canadian I have learned is more the rule than the exception in Canada. The world sees it more and more too, from our athletes to our global ambassadors. It's why the Creepy Ones can do as they please to me and other Good Little Germans in Canada will even assist if they can. "Anyzing I can do for zee good guys, I vill do, yeah!?"

No concern about a helpless child who apparently benefits from "free" healthcare. Maybe he will be treated like a soldier with PTSD or a disabled person who recently accepted the offer...that of euthanasia.

Or would that be just a little bit too much bad P.R for even Canada?

Wasn't it just two days ago that I showed this forum how Canada is one of the most respected countries in the world?

How did you discover that I was lying?

You pick and choose the laughable polls that most of the world don't even care about. Canadas inferiority complex along with many in Europe trying to convince Americans that "the socialism to your North is the answer" undoubtably contributes to these results.

People vote with their feet. People come to Canada, literally sometimes from war as they did in Syria and they RETURN rather than stay here.

-We are last in Access to Justice and have the most self-represented courtrooms in the world
-38th of 40 countries in projected economic outlook for the next 30 years
-we have the second most diaspora who leave and never return
-our innovation levels are so bad that we don't have our own domestic auto company, Toronto falling from 9th most innovative city to 40th.
-We are the most personal, non-mortgage indebted poputation on earth, with 3 of the top 5 most overpriced housing markets
-we are substantially behind Americans in PPP
-we pay the highest prices and fewest options for internet, cell phones,
- we have the highest credit card rates with little competition in the banking industry.

These are just off of the top of my head.

Keep telling yourself it's getting better in Canada. I know what the Creepy Ones have done here and I'm fully aware of the P.R campaigns.

Canada is desperate for Americans to believe the apparatus here instead of citizens like me. I know MANY skeletons in the closet and it's cost me dearly for exposing it. Though, not as much in the long run as it has cost Canada...

I said a long time ago to the powers that be, "you should have just allowed me to go about my business and pursue my dreams". I was harming no one just trying to find some peace after literally a liftime (since the age of 10) of covert activities against me for telling the truth and an sob pleading guilty for his crimes against us students. Imagine what sick, unaccountable system of nepotism protects the creepiest among us?

Arrogant police states refuse to allow liberty to reign over their power.

Now we know why the Mounties are trying to kill you!

But what started it all at the age of ten? Shoplifting candy from the corner store or some crime they invented against you?

None of us realized it started when you were just a child! You should have said so a long time ago!

Personally, I won't be mocking you anymore if you tell us what you did at age ten!

The crime of ratting out a pedophile teacher whose brother was a Toronto Police officer and whom which some were suggesting he might be working covertly for them as well.

It was ironic how some kids parents who were also cops were so defensive of a cop who diddled their kids. These cretins are worse than parents of Hollywood child actors.

Canada is a frightening creepy police state. The sooner America realizes this and stops subsidizing us the quicker we will shift. The mssive debt in Ontario is going to force cuts to the police one way or another, our best talent wisely leave these cowardly, unaccountable creeps behind.

The world got a glimpse of how twisted Canadian government is during the trucker's strike last year. Trudeau turned on them with all the viciousness a Leftist dictator could muster. It was a disgusting spectacle. Thank you for providing your personal experiences with our Police state to the North.

The truth is socialized medicine is great, until you get sick.

Witness the Canuck politicians who come to the good old USA for their cancer and heart operations.

I wonder where they got the money to do that?🤭
