A kid waited two years for emergency surgery of the spine that was 58 degrees. Two years later it was over 100 degrees and far more dangerous. They gave every excuse possible to delay surgery that was immediately an emergency. The x ray images were frightening.

THIS is the "free" healthcare some of you wish. You live or die by the word of the emperor, usually a heathen at that. If not, the Creepy Ones dictate your existence. We have a massive surplus of police, but talent flees rapidly for good reason.

Long waits for elective surgery in Canada's health-care system left one teenage boy in Peachland, B.C., feeling like "the Hunchback of Notre Dame," he said, as he waited nearly two years for surgery to treat his scoliosis.

Cael Perry's journey through B.C.'s health-care system points to the shortcomings in public health care for many types of elective surgeries, experts say. According to data provided by the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) and analyzed by CBC, nearly 30 per cent of Canadians didn't receive their joint replacement or cataract surgery within medically acceptable time frames in 2019 — even before the COVID-19 pandemic arrived. Now, many Canadians are still waiting longer than they were three years ago for these procedures.

It's a crisis that has some doctors pushing for private care, while others urge Canadians to keep their faith in the public system and push for better organization of the resources that are already available.

"We are in a crisis right now. It has brought us to the brink. We're at risk of really undoing a lot of amazing work of public medicare for the last, you know, 50 or 60 years," said Prof. Colleen Flood, University Research Chair in Health Law & Policy at the University of Ottawa.

Cael's mother, Sharlene Perry, first noticed something wasn't right while cutting her son's hair in November 2020. He was 15 at the time and had just started Grade 10.

We should make sure that Donald H sees this as he calls out US healthcare. I had cataract surgery in the US in 2019 on both eyes. The procedure was started two days after diagnosis and completed in one month as they only do one eye at a time. C'mon duck, what have you got to say for your government now?

He's compromised, at best in my opinion. They find a rabbit to chase, especially if they speak the truth and know information they shouldn't know; and they spare no expense of time or morality to "get them".

Each country's health care system has its successes and its failings and they can be changed with the weather.

But one thing that has never changed is the fact that America's health care system is rated as the poorest performing of all modern first world countries.

I greatly fear that if the conservanazis gain power they will move our universal health care system closer to the American system in which 50 million go without and another 50 million are bankrupted by the cost attached to life in America.

Healthcare is a provincial responsibility. Are you sure you are Canadian?

Linkie, duck. As usual, you are big on spouting bullshit, but not so much at providing substantiation. Respond to the OP's point that someone with debilitating scoliosis is forced to go 2 years before being treated. Even the destitute in America don't wait that long for care of much lesser maladies let alone serious health concerns. Or you can just keep running away, your choice.

Now that's a bit silly isn't it? One thing I may have been guilty of not mentioning is that in America there is a bias on treating people less quickly than treating insects.

Huh? What does this have to do with Healthcare NOT being a federal responsibility but that of the province? Your arguments don't pass the smell test, if you are in fact Canadian.

This canadian is an never ending source of bewilderment to me.

His nation is being flooded with tens of thousands of non-white immigrants every year.

The english and french ethnic groups that together gave the nation its national identity are heading towards minority status (if they aren't there already).

And while this catastrophe unfolds in front of him, he spends his days worrying about insignificant, microscopic issues like this or that canadian law he deems to be authoritarian in nature, etc, etc... (insignificant when compared to the national tragedy and disgrace that the destruction of Canada's racial composition represents).

And the poor guy is so hopelessly indoctrinated by the insane multiracialist ideology that when you point out these facts to him he sincerely, honestly asks you:

"José... why are you a racist?" (or whoever points these facts to him).

As if the mere preservation of Canada's ethnic composition was a racist act.

And the other canadian members of the Board are not very far behind.

Toro is a multiracialist who's beyond redemption... he actually celebrates this act of sheer national insanity.

Donald also drank the whole jar of multiracialist koolaid.

With the rest of the country thinking just like these 3 canadian citizens the destruction of Canada's european national identity can already be considered a fait accomplit (to use a french expression : )

The country is sadly destined to become a bunch of Haitians, africans and Indians speaking english and french and the great country that was the mixture of the creations of 2 european powers will be nothing but a distant, forgotten, melancholic memory.
