The Health 202: Republicans are right. The individual mandate is a tax on the poor.
Not the way I usually explain it.
But if this is the language people need to hear it in to get it, whatever works!
It reminds me of ppl complaining that deportation enforcement targets
minority workers, and have to make it a RACIAL argument before it gets points in the media.
Well with this "unconstitutional" mandate, it has to be stated as "taxing the poor" to get attn.
