Should a Federal Officer be allowed to arrest someone with no badge on, no coordination and no Probable cause? Who to say these guys are in cosplay, kidnapping people?

How about the State Police remove their badges and detain the Federal officers for disturbing the peace and bring them to the edge of the state/City and tell them to walk home... All the Police can go Role Playing then...
