Zone1 Hate Preacher Gives Vile Sermon Calling for LGBTQ+ to Be ‘Shot in the Back of the Head’

Great job pastor, it's people like you causing kids to leave the church.

Do you have stats on this claim? This church seems to be actually growing, unlike the Radical Episcopalianists and other churches that push homosexuality on the kids, which have declined dramatically over the past 50 years. I could be wrong of course, but the folks at Stedfast seem to have a formula for growth not contraction as you claim.

Dillon Awes, an extremist pastor known for spewing hate, delivered a shocking sermon over the weekend, literally saying that all LGBTQ+ people should be lined up and “shot in the back of the head,” LGBTQ Nations reports. Awes made the vile statements at the Stedfast Baptist Church in Hurst, Texas, which has been designated an anti-LGBT hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Such is the Christo-fascist right.

Mostly agree, but that isn't your own thread topic, now is it

The Bible says what it says. Sodomites will have no place in the Kingdom of God

Exodus 35:2 also says that people who work on the sabbath are to be killed, yet no one follows that part.

Thank you for admitting that you really hate the Constitution and the concept of a Constitutional Republic in favor of the Articles of Confederation
No, you are admitting you have no clue of what a Constitutional Republic is. By sending abortion rights back to the states, the people now get to make choices on abortion in each state. That is what the Constitution says when a topic is not covered by the Constitution. Abortion has nothing to do with privacy and therefore this is a states issue. The Court at the time of Roe was completely wrong as even the very leftist Ginsberg said. It's funny how liberals praise their gods in government until they go against them.

Bullshit! Trump got off only because the Senat Republicans are boot licking cowards.
Had he been removed from office, that would have been an insurrection because all the evidence the Democrats used turned out to be fakery by Hillary Clinton and her band of communists.

WHAT! ?? Have you seen the vidios or listened to the accounts of those who were there? You have a serious case of denial
Yes, I see grandma's and grandpa's in those videos with some people acting stupidly. What isn't there is an insurrection. Also, the fact that Pelosi refused Trump's 20,000 troops to guard the House of Congress shows that Pelosi and the Democrats wanted the crowd to come on in so they could blame Trump. Trump had nothing to do with the peaceful protest. Trump is on video and audio saying to go to the Building and peaceably protest. He said it more than once to the crowd. Had Pelosi done her job and had the National Guard there, there would have been no break in because no one in the crowd had a gun. Violent insurrections occur when the people have guns. Saying otherwise over and over doesn't make your statements true.

They are not trying to impeach him. They are trying to indict him and they may well succeed. You are clearly living in an alternative reality
No, this is a third impeachment attempt. That's all the House can do. They have no authority to indict. And, fewer and fewer people are believing the Democrats because they are just like the boy who cried wolf. It's why the polls now say that 88% of the people believe the country is going in the wrong direction. And, the country is being lead by Democrats in power.

The problem here is that you are adhering to a textualist reading of the constitution. You are not along but you are in a small minofity on that.

Most of thosewho study the constitution recognize the concept of unenumerated rights:

The Supreme Court has found that unenumerated rights include such important rights as the right to travel, the right to vote, and the right to keep personal matters private. See also. Natural rights; Human rights; Implied powers; Letter and spirit of the law; Penumbra (law) Positive law; Unspoken rule;
Get that ?"persona;lmatters" It does not get any more personal that the issue of what one does with thir own body

And, I understand very well what a Constitutional Republic is:

Constitutional Republic - Definition, Examples, Cases, …

A constitutional republic is a form of government in which the head of the state, as well as other officials, are elected by the country’s citizens to represent them. Those representatives must then follow the rules of that country’s constitution in governing their people.
constitutional republic definition - Search

Get that " follow the rules of that country’s constitution in governing their people." The states have been notorious in passing all sorts of laws that violate the US Constitution. You say return the issue to the people but in most cases, it is not really the people who will decide it. Its the politicians. But in any case, when it comes to matters of civil rights, neither the people or the politiciansshould be deciding it.

The sad truth is that with an ineffectual congress and a president who has a very tenuous majority in Wasjhingron, it is the SCOTUS that is running the country and in doing so, they have pretty much chosen to disregard the Constitution and instead, rule like the Mullahsm of Afganastan

The questiion is why do they think it is going in the wrong direction?. I think that it is going in the wrong direction but not because of Democrats. It is simplistic to just blam the party in power
