Evidently the T- cult doesn’t find it alarming that T watches TV 8 hours per day instead of reading briefs, educating himself.. generally NOT being president.

Moron still pretending the new tax bill wont hurt the middle class while blowing a wet kiss to the power elite
It's not a tax bill it's an economic growth bill something severely lacking in America the last 8 years...but obviously that concept flies over the heads of democrats...so I'll move on...

After watching Mr. 8 hours of TV per day fumble and stumble his way thru 11 months in office he has totally lost all independent voters..
Fumble and Stumble? you wish! 280,000 jobs created last month...ISIS is almost dead in Iraq...the truth is out about the Clinton's and they are naked as jail birds for all to see...the swamp is getting smaller on a daily bases...and now the real Obama is exposed as a deep state running scoundrel...the media will never be the same again and Trump is finally showing Americans that it is okay to be patriotic again...Fumble and Stumble my ass...like I said you wish...
Moron thinks Trump creates jobs. Remember when you idiots said presidents don’t create jobs when Obama was president?
Hilarious you think the swamp is being drained when he’s hired more Wall St types than Hillary would have ever done..
And when you mention the laughable “ deep state” like a totally programmed Hannity watcher you get to wear the tin foiled hat for the day.

It has the support of only 27% of Americans.
It cut off cancer treatment for Medicare patients, screws the middle class and explodes the deficit.
But of course being a programmed fool you support it.

It’s an economic stagnation bill.

You literally have to be insane to continue to support this guy who just inflamed the Middle East after his advisers begged him not to make the Jerusalem statement.
Insane to support him giving the green light for Big Coal to pollute our rivers and streams.
Insane watching him not understand any issue he promotes more than two talking points.

Trump.....like an old and fading Hollywood actress.......does not care if folks outside his shrinking base call him a ******* idiot........All he cares about is if folks keep talking about him......

Today, when speaking to NASA scientists (who must be smirking at Trump's inanities and lack of curiosity) Trump had to say that since "everything he touches turns out to be fantastic, his involvement with NASA then HAS to be also fantastic.

After all, everything is ABOUT HIM
Trump ordered Pruitt to rid the EPA of scientists and install fossil fuel CEO’s. Same with NASA. He’s decimated that agency too and eliminated the words “ global warming “ from it.
The damage he is doing is inestimable.

It’s an economic stagnation bill.
Well don't disappear in 6 months when the economy really kicks in...so far it's you that have been wrong about Trump and his ability to make our economy great again...it's working...like it or not...it's working and you can't shade that...

Fumble and Stumble? you wish! 280,000 jobs created last month

Just to prove to you what an uneducated moron you are....Here are some facts:

First, the number of jobs created last month was 228,000 NOT 280,000......(just a little mistake?)

Second, during Obama's last 6 months' tenure, 1,074,000 jobs were created and that is pretty much the same number of jobs created during Trump's tenure.....

Third, if the ******* economy is doing so damn well, WHY the tax cuts to the wealthy conglomerates already swimming in money??? WAGES for common workers have NOT gone up.

It's not a tax bill it's an economic growth bill something severely lacking in America the last 8 years

Well, nitwit, the American Jobs Act proposed by President Obama on September 8, 2011 was rejected by McConnell's senate republicans....

If you "think" that this proposed tax scam is an "economic growth" one, WHY do you think that the bastards in congress made the small tax cuts for middle class TEMPORARY but made the tax cuts for conglomerates, PERMANENT???

The popular vote is far from irrelevent. Most of the time, a candidate wins both. The rare instances when he doesn't mean he has a weaker mandate and that is clearly evident.

YOUR interpretation. The "popular vote" is relevant--- --- ON THE STATE LEVEL; that is what determines where the electoral votes of that state will go. On the national level though, it is merely of statistical value; nothing is determined or decided by the sum tally of the 50 state popular votes. When a candidate wins the electoral college by a wide margin but does not get >50% of the national popular vote (or at least those that voted), it doesn't mean he/she had a "weaker mandate," whatever the crap that means, all it points to is a skewing in the statistical distribution within the states because the number of E.C. votes varies GREATLY from state to state.

If you want to claim any candidate having a "weak mandate," then point your finger at Hillary. Had she not won two states (California and New York), I believe she would have had less than a hundred college votes! Just take a look at the distribution of counties nationwide that are RED vs. the ones that are BLUE, and tell me who had the "weak mandate."

Trump has LOST many voters

I bet he has! That is until three years from now when they have seen his policies working very well for us and then look at the sad, sorry alternative the Democrats offer! ITMT, YOU MAKE ME LAUGH how you people still have your heads in the polling. 2016 still hasn't taught you a thing, which is why we are going to crush you again in 2018 and 2020. America is looking for something better than more Democrats and RINOS.

YOU MAKE ME LAUGH!! The fact is that the polls accurately predicted Clinton winning the popular vote. Also all the polls in Virginia showed the Governor's race closer when it turned out to be a blowout. No one expected Republicans to lose 15 seats in the House of Delegates. America is looking for solutions to our problems other than pretend it doesn't exist. Voters reject the right wing extremism. The RINOs are radicals like you.

Fine, the polls accurately predicted the popular vote. But the polls were DEAD WRONG on the electoral vote. You do rember the electoral college, don’t you? It’s how we elect our president. Why do you dem snowflakes keep bringing up the meaningless statistic of popular vote? It’s like yards gained in a football game. It does not tell you who won.

The Left keeps trumpeting the popular vote even though it is IRRELEVANT because it is all they have. Had Trump lost the election but had the national popular vote, they would have been adamant about our whining and being sore losers. They ignore the fact that once you win a a state you won that state, had Hillary gotten 11 million more votes in California, it still wouldn't have garnered her one more electoral vote. Ever the child, they claim the Electoral College as this erratic, outdated institution even though NOT ONE person switched to vote away from who they should have, but still they don't like it because of the FIFTY STATES, the Dems can increasingly only count on a FEW like California and New York. They know that if they can only do away with the E.C. and stuff millions more illegals into those two states, eventually they might not have to worry about the other 48, that they mostly only fly over contemptuously anyway. Only the Left has the cognitive dissonance is be able to constantly change the rules around anyway they have to that suits them and never notice, and even the popular vote they may not have had because we all know there were millions of illegal votes for Hillary, no one knows exactly how many but they were undoubtedly there. Is it any wonder they constantly fight fixing the system?

I don't support getting rid of the electoral college, I think it serves an important purpose.

You THINK the electoral college serves an important purpose. No shit genius. It’s how we elect our president.

It'd be a very safe bet to conclude that EVERY Trump supporter on here voted for Trump in 2016.

And, if these same supporters state that they "won" last time and given the same infantile Trump antics since last year, they could win again......

But, they'd be wrong.

Trump has LOST many voters (the Pew poll underscores that almost 20% of evangelicals no longer support him.)...Further, the anti-Clinton voters with Hillary removed from any further viability, may now vote for virtually anyone BUT Trump.

Sure, Trump may have gained a vote here and there from some democrat millionaire who stands to "hit the jackpot" if Trump's tax scam goes through...But, besides that odd individual, WHO could claim that Trump has "won them over"???
Tax scam? How much extra money do you donate to the Federal government? You are free to do so.

The trouble with Trump is the 25% of his support that was a vote against Clinton. Those are the voters who are turning away from Trump. Many of the 15 legislative seats that Republicans lost in Virginia were suburban seats. In the Philadelphia suburbs, Democrats picked up seats in local races for the first time running against Trump. If the tax bill passes, the middle class voters who are likely to see their taxes go up are suburban voters.
Trump continues to campaign against Hillary even a year after the election and even thou she's not running again. Of course he's doing this to capitalize on the republican hatred for Hillary. Eventually, his supporters are going to realize that Hillary is out of the picture and Trump is just beating a dead horse to draw attention away from what he is really doing to America.

Has Trump gained or lost votes?

We will see in 2018. 2018 will be a referendum on the Trump Presidency and the GOP Congress

Are you happy with the direction our country has taken? Have Republicans delivered on their promises? Is Trump a ******* asshole or what?

EXCEPT when we have the SCOTUS select one for us (see, Bush v. Gore)..LOL

Actually the SCOTUS didn’t select the president in that case. They merely said Florida has too many different ways for counting, and won’t be able to come up with one consistent way in time to meet the constitutional deadline, so the already certified count stands.

A mandate isn't dependent on winning a lot of districts - you can win all the low population rural areas and lose the high population urban areas. A mandate is conferred by people not districts.

William Safire’s “Political Dictionary” defines mandate:

“MANDATE, n: The authority to carry out a program conferred on an elected official; especially strong after a landslide victory.”

Trump won 46% of the popular vote; Clinton won 48%

Compare that to these who clearly won a mandate and that was evident in the programs they were able to push through compared to Trump .

In 1980, Ronald Reagan won 51% of the popular vote.
In 2008, Barak Obama won 53%.
In 1932, Franklin D. Roosevelt won 57%.

That is a mandate and those presidents accomplished a great deal as a result.

A mandate is conferred by people not districts.

Right, but demographics and circumstances change with time so you cannot compare races based on statistics alone, and Trump, a guy with no political experience who had never even held any office before and with 99.9% of the Media predicting he had no chance, not only soundly beat out 17 highly skilled and experienced, well-known professional politicians with all of DC against him, FILLED stadiums to over-flowing to unprecedented levels never seen before in this nation, and continues to this day far far in excess of predicted front-runner Hillary despite a billion-dollar campaign. Not only is that a mandate, it is the very DEFINITION of a mandate and you'd see and admit that if you didn't have your head a mile up your ass!
