Has Trump ever taken responsibility?

oooh....no. I totally disagree here. For one - a one-party system (which, by the way appears to be what many Trumpists also call for) would be DEVASTING. Think about that. UNCHECKED AGENDAS.

Whoa! "One-party system". Where did you get that?

Here's what I wrote, earlier: "The way to end that isn't divided government, it is to vote Republicans out of office until they find a way back to some semblance of decency." That's what democracy is: A party that's perfectly useless and corrupt is being voted out of office. That's most assuredly not a "one-party system".

I know 9/11 was investigated. The GOP fought (ultimately unsuccessfully) tooth and nail to prevent that investigation.

Otherwise, I find we're reasonably close, with some... puzzled looks. The GOP never did a thing for the Middle Class, other than to feed them scapegoats and someone to look down upon in their misery. Not one thing. But yes, the Democrats failed them, and the neo-liberal, "third way" left has a lot to answer for, too. That's changing, at long last.

...

But now, let's set these squabbles aside, on to serious things: How about that link? I really, really want to see Coyote unleashing the furies upon some deserving louts and vulgar pinheads. Please...
Don’t tell me you are of the countless brainwashed sheep here at usmb and the other thousands of sheople in America who can’t see reality that it’s a one party system disguised as two:auiqs.jpg: bush and his long time pal Clinton were both in favor of nafta and Obama expanded the patriot act that bush two signed which is a Isolating of our human rights, two birds of a feather, you vote for either party, you need to look in the mirror why he world is so messed up,sheesh it’s such a refreshing change to finally find a mod around here at this that’s not an idiot who gets this. :rolleyes-41:

The reality is, someone like him would never discover those things. He's as dumb as a post. The kind of people who move humanity forward are a lot different from him. So that would never happen anyway.
He's president, your not. How come your not smart enough to get elected president?

1) I haven't tried.
2) I'm not eligible
3) Do you want me to write an (extensive) list of people who were not president but very smart? I'll give you a clue as to how that list would go. The first on it would be Thomas Edison...Not even going to start with Michelangelo, Leonardo, Isaac Newton, Ben Franklin. I think somebody with even your limited intellect would see where this is going...

In 8 years of Obama, I never saw him take responsibility or accountability. Then again... he grew up white privileged with a race card to play. Trump grew up privileged. Both Trump and Obama blamed others like Clinton blamed others.

Does this mean Bush is good with you people now?

Not credit for - he does that all the time, but RESPONSIBILITY for something?

Ronald Reagan:
Ronald Reagan’s acceptance of responsibility in the Iran-Contra Affair in April 1987 when Trump was about to turn 40. Reagan took to the airwaves and revealed his role in the deal that used Nicaragua as the conduit for U.S. arms that were traded for Iranian-held hostages, something Reagan previously had denied. “There are reasons why it happened, but no excuses,” Reagan said. “It was a mistake. I undertook the original Iran initiative in order to develop relations with those who might assume leadership in a post-Khomeini government.” As with Kennedy, the public who genuinely liked Reagan accepted his apology and a potential impeachment was averted. His popularity also returned, scoring him a 64% approval by the time he left office two years later.

John F Kennedy:
John Kennedy’s acceptance of his role in the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion in April 1961 when Donald was nearly 15. The CIA-run operation, begun under the Eisenhower Administration, resulted in the capture of over 1,200 insurgents and ultimately the strengthening of the nascent Castro regime. Kennedy blamed himself for approving the operation and in public held himself solely accountable. "There's an old saying that victory has a hundred fathers and defeat is an orphan ... Further statements, detailed discussions, are not to conceal responsibility because I'm the responsible officer of the Government.” The public liked what they saw from the young president and gave him a pass. Later Kennedy joked that if he had known how his poll numbers would have soared – into the 80s – he might have called for the invasion to occur sooner.

Barak Obama:
President Obama, by his own admission, failed badly during the rollout of Obamacare in fall 2013, more grievously due to the failures of HealthCare.gov. But he took responsibility and fixed it, launching an unprecedented number of outside programmers and tech specialists to overhaul the site and get it in working order. "I take full responsibility for making sure it gets fixed ASAP,” Obama said at the time. And so he did.

Here are a few other things Obama took responsibility for while in office:

Can anyone provide some examples?

When he raised his right hand with his left hand on the Bible on January 20, 2017, he accepted responsibility, for better or for worse. So far he's done a great job.

That is straight up crazy.

All you do on the Bible is swear oath of office (all Trump does is use it as a prop), it has nothing to do with taking responsibility for poor decisions.

Which poor decisions?

Stop. You are making a total fool of yourself if you want to take up a position that Trump made no bad descisions.

Want me to give you relavant one or two? Ok -Trump made a really bad descision to become a coronovirus-denier-in-chief for a month. That was after he made a bunch of bad descisions that led to his impeachment and trial.

Have you expressed your concern to @DonaldTrump on Twitter?

.....wtf?
He will accept your tweets. It's a social media program just like USMB. Have at it.

What the fuck does him accepting or not accepting something have to do with what you-and-I were talking about???

Do you actually have a brain of your own or is that something that has to be checked out when you become a Trump fan?
I can't solve the problem. Ask Trump.
:auiqs.jpg: That’s like asking “bill I never had sex with this woman”Clinton,To tell the truth if he had Vince foster killed off or if he ever slept with any woman other than Hillary while governor of Arkansas or as potus:uhoh3::rolleyes-41::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::laughing0301::laughing0301: Good one hoss, one of your funniest ever.lol

Just listen to yourself.

Better yet let me hear about what you think were his big mistakes.

Feel free to start a thread on that. I'm interested in the concept of leaders taking responsibility.
This is where the divide is coyote. People here drone on about how bad orange man is, the apocalypse is just around the corner, he lies ten of thousands of times, we will never recover from the harm he has done. I am asking you who started a thread on trump not taking credit for what he did wrong, what has trump done wrong that is harmful to the American people?. People here promote a narrative that is not fact based following the old strategy of if you say it enough times people will believe it is true. Trump has not done a perfect job, no one can, but he has done a good job in the face of the most concerted effort to destabilize an American president in our history. What is trumps Iran contra, what is trumps aca, what is it trump has done that is so bad? Everything claimed about trump when he got elected has not come true. No ww3, no economic collapse, no societal upheaval, no downward spiral of our country. You all cannot believe he hasn’t crashed and burned so you just turn up the heat with artificial constructs trying to will a giant fail for our country. There are actually people on here hoping more people will die and trump will be blamed for it. I don’t include you in that bunch of sickos.

so in closing, you have claimed trump doesn’t take responsibility for his failures, yet you document none of them, mostly because they will be subjective conclusions, which can be debated by people like me. What you really want him to do is apologize for being the heartless, egomaniaca, course, politically incorrect cad that you and others claim he is. You all have been wrong for 4 years. When are you going to take responsibility and admit your mistakes?
No economic crash, what planet you been living on :laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

You have to be joking. Barak didn't take responsibility for any of the things you claim. He certainly didn't take responsibility for Benghazi, Fast and Furios, or his disastrous healthcare bill.

Dims never stopped attacking Reagan for Iran Contra until the day he died.

You'll excuse me if I don't accept your understanding of who's responsible.

Thank you for proving what a total failure Obungo was.
You left out Reagan.lol

Exactly. The rabid devotion to Obama and anyone critical was racist. Example 1.

He's simply a response to the crazy left crap. Now we get crazy right shit.

It's certainly... Crazy.

There certainly was a lot of racism towards Obama. Still is on these very boards. Seen him called a monkey, coon, and many other degratory remarks. And if you don't see people referring to him as a 'muslim' and calling him Barack HUSSEIN Obama as having a racist slant, then I've got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. Your disingenuous BS is just that....BS..
Was Obama a great president? No. Will never be in the top 20. Was he as bad as your neocon whackadoodle nimrods say he was? Again, not even close.
You can’t be serious. :laughing0301: You had me patting you on the back for most your posts but that last sentence you blew it major big time that he was not as bad as people said he was,Bush was the worst president ever before Barry,he was a mass murderer and took away our civil libertys passing the patriot act.obama then topped bush as worse president ever by not only lying saying he would reverse the patriot act and get us out of the war in the mideast as well, that mother fucker mass murderer not only lied about ending the war expanding it,but expanding bush’s patriot act as well and covering up as well for mother fucker bushs crimes.:14:both those mother fuckers have a place in hell waiting for them same asvthier pals the clintons do:14:

How can anyone have a discussion with you when 99% of what you post isn’t fact.
Now answer my questions about those people I listed representing “maturity”.

Clinton was never found guilty of rape, although he might have committed it. You have no idea. You were not there.

Ferguson didn't burn to the ground. Maybe if you dealt in facts instead of hyperbole you'd get a proper answer.
Uh clinton was not found guilty of rape because there is one different law for politicians than there is for us and has so much power the elites protect him as they do all politcians :rolleyes-41: oh and the courts are corrupt as well along with judges and lawyers, name a president who has ever gone to jail, you cant:rolleyes-41:,they have executive privilege charlie, damn I can’t believe I even have to explain all this to you.oh and hadyou done any research, you would know that there were Arkansas body guards who tried to bring him o justice but wound up as mysterious dead bodies getting arkansawed by the clintons.:uhoh3::auiqs.jpg:

Dude you have to have special connections to get elected as president, not just anybody can run and get elected :laughing0301: Elections are. Dog and pony show, fixed all the time, ever wonder why an independent whois not part of this corrupt two party system never gets elected.? Seriously, think about what your saying. We are never given a choice to choose from.i say that because the truth is the choices they give us always suck, they always part of this corrupt two party system we have,an independent such as Ralph Nader or Garry Johnson will never get elected simply cause they are not part of this corrupt one party system we have of demopublicans and reprocrats. :rolleyes-41:

You know, Ram, 9/11 was investigated, and, mostly thanks to Democrats as well as a few Republicans, it was investigated well.

I don't know why you had to drag President Obama into this, as it plainly wasn't his job to investigate 9/11. Of course, he could have ordered his DoJ to start an investigation, but to what effect? He had a choice to make: He could have started that, to very obvious effects: The GOP would have claimed, not entirely without justification, he was using the power of the office to bring down the opposition party, and many Americans would have agreed. The GOP's scorched-earth tactics in retaliation for this would have known no bounds. So, quite obviously in the best interest of Americans, President Obama rather chose to give it a rest and focus on extracting the country from the harrowing calamity his predecessor handed over. You may disagree with that, but that doesn't make you more right.

Also to bear in mind: Finding a few similarities between complex entities, such as major national political parties, doesn't make them the same, just similar in a few respects. All the while the two parties are more different than at any time while I was watching, and in fundamental respects such as the respect for facts and science, support for ordinary Americans and the institutions of democracy and the law. So, it would appear to me you are jumping headlong to unwarranted conclusions based on rather flimsy evidence. That difference is only growing in the face of the GOP's unwavering, unquestioning support for an overgrown, immature, ill-tempered and irresponsible boy-king.

You almost gotta laugh that a hundred years of democrat politicians have counted on full support from the mainstream media to avoid "taking credit" for mistakes. How many people remember JFK's blunder in the Bay of Pigs? Obama bragged about the mess he created in Obamacare. Democrats tried to impeach Reagan about protecting American interests in Central America. Why not ask NY Governor Cuomo why he threatened New Yorkers with the stigma of racism if they didn't renounce their own Country and pledge allegiance to the Chinese Republic?
:laughing0301: :laughing0301: :laughing0301: Howmany people remember what a cluelesss troll you are the fact that jfk was lied to on on everything about the invasion From the cia and withheld critical facts from him knowing the invasion was doomed for a failure.this guy kills me:laughing0301::lmao:

:lmao::lmao::lmao::laughing0301::laughing0301: Investigated well..? You are as clueless on the facts of 9/11 as Whitehall zombie is on the bay of pigs invasion.is :lmao:isame as the jfk investigation where the warren commission said a magic bullet killed him,the 9/11 investigation also was a con job keystone cops investigation:rolleyes-41: same as with the jfk investigation, the facts of the case do not fit the explanation given by the government which is whyworld leaders don’t believethe official version either. I have had enough and all Trump is responsible for is being great, wise and the most perfect President ever!

Anything that goes right he is the reason of it and anything that goes wrong is a Democrat Hoax...

No more discussion and let just gaze at our magnificent leader and praise him as the chosen one...
You are trying to be funny right. :lmao: :lmao: :laughing0301: :laughing0301:
