Has Pam Bondi entered the conversation for most corrupt AG in just 6 months?

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) has opened an investigation into Jack Smith and is examining whether Smith violated the Hatch Act, which prohibits federal employees from using their official authority for political purposes.
That’s hilarious but has nothing to do with the topic. The Hatch act doesn’t even have criminal consequences. It’s an administrative punishment even if there were a case against him, which is pretty laughable.

This is a thread about Bondi’s grand jury.

Yep, went through due process. To the Supreme Court, even. And they ruled that the instructions given to the jury about what constitutes an official act were too broad.

And that's it. That's all. The DOJ could have brought charges again, but decided not to do so.

No idea what you're trying to make hay about tonight, but I can guarantee it is neither important nor germane.
I was simply denying your false claim, dickweed. And now you’ve essentially (albeit perhaps unintentionally) conceded the point.

My rebuttal of your false claim is more important and germane than your original dishonest pointless was.

Muddle on, though, my *****. Muddle on.

(By the way, cases regularly get overturned based on the legal instructions given by some judges when those instructions are bad enough to warrant it.)

You clearly don’t know a damn thing about the legal system.

The most gross, recent violation of the Hatch Act I saw was Trump addressing an audience of just the top investors in his family crypto coin racket from a podium that bore the Presidential Seal.

Nah, you just didn't have anything relevant to say, got in a foul mood, and sharted all over the board.

Just to tie this off: McDonnell was clearly corrupt.

I do. Everyone should fear a highly politicized and weaponized system of justice.

Impartial justice typically sets functioning democracies apart from authoritarian illiberal countries.
But that boat sailed when the Never Trumpers of the DOJ/FBI took the fake Steele Dossier, dressed it up as evidence, and fraudulently presented it to the FISA court. It sailed even further when Obama ordered the DNI and the CIA to change their factual assessment to fit Obama's political goals.

Oh, wait. You mean that now they are not in power, Democrats and "not Democrats" want to go back to being a functioning Democracy, in which the system of justice is not highly politicized and weaponized?

Well, why didn't you say so?

They can start by not whining when people who politicized and weaponized the system of justice in the first place start paying the price.

Next step is to ask Trump to negotiate an end to the lawfare that they started. Have you tried just asking, "Mister President, can we please negotiate an end to the lawfare we started?"

Definitely has uncovered more than the last dupe.

Wrong. You made a false claim again. I corrected you. And you’re not honest enough to just admit it.

Nothing new there, my feeble little *****.

Whether he was corrupt or not was never really the issue.

Low IQ schmucks like you either never heard or never grasped why our system is designed in a way that suggests that “it is better that a hundred guilty people go free than that one innocent person goes to prison.” A fair trial is essential toward that component of due process.

You’ll never understand, you libtard.

The case has been made over and over again... Holder is still held in contempt of Congress and Garland stood back and allowed Jack Smith to break the law going after Trump... just for starters... shall I continue?...

Is Holder still in contempt of Congress?... yes... did Garland allow Smith to break the law in his pursuit of a former president?... yes the evidence is his rebuke at the supreme court more than once....

Biden didn't order Garland to investigate Trumpybears treason. Garland apparently was waiting for Congress to do something but finally appointed Smith two years after the Dirty Don lost in 2020. Can you imagine the phony outrage the Neo-GOP would drone on about if President Biden and his top picks were to ever use the vitriolic rhetoric that these Trumpers use daily?

Garland was too busy conspiring with Xiden to illegally appoint Jack Smith to go after political rivals and seek revenge.

i hope so, she works for him after all.

Meanwhile, Xiden illegally appoint Jack Smith to go after his political rival....so there is that .

and well, he lied, he actually used illegitmate efforts, like illegally appoint Jack Smith...and he still lost

Agreed hence why you have a.19 percent appovsl rating

So how do you get out of 19? Stop supporting illegally appointed folks like Jack Smith, stop supporting corruption

if you are going to post at least keep up

but if you want to see what is going to the GJ

Investigate officials from Barack Obama’s administration—potentially including Obama himself—fabricated intelligence about Russian interference in the 2016 election

  • Manufactured or manipulated the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA)
  • Promoted a “false narrative” that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win
  • Engaged in a “treasonous conspiracy”, as alleged by National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard

Nah, this is a nothingburger. they looked for Russian interference to help Trump, and they found mountains of it. They looked for connections and contacts between Russian spies and gangsters and Trump campaign staff, and they found mountains of that, too.

They were written under Obama.

Great point.
The HPSCI's report was written by Republicans. I believe Kash Patel was instrumental in writing it since he was running the show under Devin Nunes.
