The proposed map can be found here. It could add 5 new Republican congressional seats, according to Texas political observers.

The Houston area is drastically redrawn, with most of the change falling on District 9, the seat held by Rep. Al Green (D), and District 18, the seat that has been open since Rep. I hate to break this to you on the left but you've essentially been packing the House with Democrats for years because the number of Reps is determined by the Census so the more illegals you could pour into a liberal State...the more Reps that State would be able to send to Washington.
Your problem now is that you've screwed up New York and California so badly that people have been fleeing those States in large numbers, mostly going to Texas, Florida and Tennessee.
